Email Extraction for Real Estate: Documents and Directories

Extract existing contacts rather than guessing leads
Email Extractor can organize addresses from authorized transaction documents, supplier lists and public professional directories. It does not supply property-owner emails from street addresses, infer seller intent or enrich a name with private contact information.
Choose a specific task before uploading anything: organizing approved supplier contacts, reviewing a brokerage directory or cleaning an existing business contact export. A large result count is not a measure of lead quality.
Understand what each source establishes
A brokerage page may publish a shared office inbox, individual agent contacts or a contact form with no email address. The extractor finds the addresses that are actually present. It cannot guarantee one address per agent or bypass a form to reveal hidden contact details.
Public property records often contain postal addresses rather than email addresses. A property listing also does not establish that its owner wants marketing from unrelated businesses. For transaction documents, access to a file is not automatic permission to reuse every participant's address for future campaigns.
Use only materials your organization is authorized to process. Follow the terms of any listing service, CRM or directory you use.
Process documents and directories
In Text and files, upload supported files or paste text, then click Extract emails. Files are processed in your browser. Each file may be up to 25 MB, with 100 MB per batch. Text-based PDFs can work; scanned documents may need text recognition first.
For public directories, switch to Webpages, enter the URLs, allow downloading and click Load webpages. Once loading finishes, click Extract emails. The run allows up to 10 websites and 25 pages per website. JavaScript rendering may help with some pages, but does not guarantee access to blocked or incomplete directories.
Download results before changing input flows. Choose CSV + sources when you need to check an address against its original document or page.
Review before reuse
Check for old agents, service inboxes, quoted correspondence and unrelated addresses in document templates. Match a sample against the source. The extractor does not verify that a mailbox still works, classify buyers and sellers, or check whether a recipient may receive a particular message.
Keep communication preferences and suppression records in your existing workflow. For US commercial email, consult the FTC's CAN-SPAM guidance; other jurisdictions and platform rules can impose additional requirements.
If your authorized archive is a Gmail Takeout MBOX file, convert it to EML first. MBOX is not a directly supported upload format.
