Email Extractor. Privacy questions: hello@bulkemailextractor.com.
Files, text and extracted results
Files and pasted text are processed in your browser. The current app does not upload them to the webpage service. Extraction results, source names and location details can be saved in browser History; the latest 30 lists are kept. Original uploaded files are not saved in History. Deleting saved lists or clearing this website's browser storage removes those local copies. Downloaded exports are separate copies that you control.
Public webpage requests
When you allow webpage downloading, the requested URL is sent to the webpage service. In a local installation that service runs on your computer; in a hosted deployment it runs on the server. The service requests the public webpage and returns its content to your browser. The destination website receives the request. Do not submit URLs with credentials, private tokens or confidential information. The current implementation does not use CodeTabs or AllOrigins as fallback proxies.
Hosting and technical information
Hosting infrastructure may process and retain IP addresses, requested paths, timestamps and other technical request information to deliver and secure the service. These records are separate from the result lists saved in your browser. The app does not create a server-side database of uploaded files, pasted text or extracted results. Hosting-provider logging and retention depend on the deployment; contact us with questions about those records.
Browser storage and optional extension
The app uses browser storage for History, appearance preferences and your selected interface language. The language preference stays in browser storage on this device and is not sent to a translation service. The current code does not integrate advertising trackers or analytics. The optional extension reads page content only when you initiate reading, and can request selected same-site links using your existing session. It does not read cookie values or collect browsing history. Its saved emails, source URLs and titles are stored in this extension in this browser on the device; Delete all saved emails removes the entire list. Undo delete and Download deleted emails are available until that popup or reader window closes. Downloaded files and main app History are separate copies.
Extension data use
Information handled by the extension is used only to provide its email-extraction features, including local saving and user-requested exports. We do not sell extension data, use it for personalized advertising or send extracted extension results to our server. Our use of extension information follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Purpose, choices and requests
Data is used to provide extraction, loading, saved-list and appearance features. You choose what input to provide, whether to load pages and whether to use the extension. Where applicable, processing needed to provide a requested service is based on that service request, and necessary security and support processing relies on our legitimate interests. Information you send to our contact address is used to respond to your request; avoid including confidential input that is not needed for support. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a complaint to your data-protection authority. Contact hello@bulkemailextractor.com for requests about operator-held information. Browser-only lists can be removed through History or your browser's site-data controls.
