Terms of use
Terms updated: 7 October 2026
The service
Email Extractor provides Email Extractor, a tool for finding email-address matches in material you supply or public pages you choose to load. Contact: hello@bulkemailextractor.com.
Use material you are entitled to process
You are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis to access and process your input. Do not use the service to access private systems without permission, bypass access controls, submit stolen or confidential data, or send unlawful or unsolicited messages. A publicly visible email address does not itself establish consent to receive marketing.
Review the output
Extraction does not verify mailbox existence, deliverability, ownership or permission to contact an address. Matches can be incomplete or incorrect, particularly with damaged documents, unusual formatting or unavailable page content. Review addresses and sources before relying on them. Keep your own copies of input and exports.
Website loading and browser extension
Loading depends on third-party sites and may fail or be limited. We do not promise access to blocked pages or complete coverage of a website. Respect the destination site's restrictions and applicable laws. The optional extension reads content you choose; installing it does not grant rights to private content.
Interface languages
Language selection translates selected controls and quick instructions. Detailed guides, articles, technical status messages and these terms may remain in English. Language selection does not change extracted addresses, source data, file formats or access restrictions.
Availability and local data
Features and limits may change. Service interruptions and browser-storage loss are possible. History is local to the browser and is not a backup service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every supported document will be readable.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Applicable law determines your rights and any dispute procedures.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected in the updated terms. Questions about these terms: hello@bulkemailextractor.com. See the Privacy notice for how the current app handles information.
