Skrapp vs Lusha vs Kaspr: Which Email Finder Is Most Accurate?

Compare access, credits and exports
Skrapp, Lusha and Kaspr provide contact-data workflows for sales prospecting. Their plans distinguish data lookup from export access, so compare the complete workflow rather than the advertised number of credits alone.
Official pricing pages were reviewed on 8 October 2026. This is not a hands-on accuracy test, and it does not establish a winner by country, database size or advertised success rate.
What the current plan pages document
| Product | Documented consideration | What to verify in your account |
|---|---|---|
| Skrapp | The pricing page separates Free, Professional and Enterprise and lists export and CRM-sync features under Professional. Its credit explanation covers finding an address marked Valid or Catch-all, or verifying one address. | Export access, credit usage, catch-all handling and required integration |
| Lusha | Its current pricing page presents credit-based contact-data plans. | The email/phone credit charge, export rights and team permissions for your selected plan |
| Kaspr | Its pricing page distinguishes business-email, direct-email, phone and export allowances and documents CSV/integration export limits. | The allowance applicable to your billing interval and the credits needed to export your chosen leads |

Kaspr's page contains multiple plan tables and billing presentations. Confirm the exact quota in the selected offer before purchasing rather than treating a single displayed number as a universal allowance. Lusha's public pricing page did not establish every export entitlement in this review; check the selected offer or obtain written confirmation.
Evaluate the same contact sample
Use a permitted sample of the same people and companies in each product. Record whether the relevant business address is found, whether a phone number is needed, the provider's returned status, and the charges for lookup and export. Keep catch-all and unknown results separate from confirmed outcomes.
Test the workflow you actually need: browser lookup, bulk enrichment, CSV export or CRM transfer. Confirm that your plan permits each step and that your organization is authorized to use the source data. Product availability does not establish permission to process or contact an individual.
Do not assume that a claimed accuracy percentage predicts results on your particular market. A useful comparison records the sample, date, method and outcome rather than declaring one provider universally more accurate.
Extract from permitted exports
Keep an original export with provider status and record context. Upload a supported copy to Email Extractor, then download CSV with sources to inspect repeated email strings across exports. The extractor does not perform mailbox verification, preserve phone data or decide whether records represent the same person.
If moving complete records to a CRM, import the original export and map its fields. An extracted email list is useful for an address inventory, while names, companies, provider status and suppression decisions require their original context.
