Snov.io vs FindThat.Email vs Voila Norbert: Email Finder Comparison

On this page

Check product identity before comparing email finders

Snov.io and Voila Norbert offer email-finding products. The historic FindThat.Email name needs extra care: when checked on 8 October 2026, findthat.email redirected to Tomba. A redirect establishes the current destination; it does not establish account migration terms, ownership history or continued availability of old FindThat plans.

This is a review of official documentation, not a hands-on accuracy benchmark. Historical FindThat prices and unsupported regional accuracy rankings have been removed.

Current documented workflows

Snov.io

Snov.io's pricing page separates search/verification credits, contacted recipients and enrichment tokens. At the time checked, it specifies one credit for each email verification; the former claim that verification costs half a credit was incorrect. Confirm the allowances and any separate LinkedIn automation charges for your selected plan.

Its prospect-data help section documents exporting prospect lists to CSV, Excel or Google Sheets. Keep the original export for names, provider status and campaign data. An address-only extraction does not preserve those fields.

FindThat.Email / current destination

The current destination, Tomba, describes name-and-domain email finding, domain search, email verification and bulk file enrichment. Treat it as the product currently presented at that destination. Verify account access, export permissions, supported fields and current pricing directly before relying on an old FindThat.Email tutorial or subscription comparison.

Voila Norbert

Voila Norbert's official site presents finding, verification, enrichment, bulk actions and email sequences. These are separate workflows to evaluate; do not assume a finder subscription includes every service. Consult the current account offer for allowances, billing and export access.

The site's advertised success and deliverability rates are vendor claims, not an independent comparison against Snov.io or Tomba. No universal accuracy winner is established here.

Compare the same permitted sample

Use the same names and company domains in each trial. Record whether an address is found, the returned status, the time checked and the number of credits charged. Review catch-all or unknown outcomes separately and verify the address before outreach; neither a found string nor a provider status guarantees future delivery.

Compare the total cost of the workflow you need: finding, verification, enrichment, exports and any sending features. A nominal price per search is not necessarily the price per usable contact.

Use an extractor after export

An email finder discovers candidate contact information. Email Extractor reads email strings already present in your files, pasted text or loaded webpages. Upload supported copies of permitted exports, extract, and download CSV with sources to inspect address overlap. Keep original records for identity matching, status and suppression decisions.
