How to Extract Emails from Snov.io Contacts

Why Extract from Snov.io?
Snov.io is an email finding and outreach platform that combines email finder tools, email verification, drip email campaigns, a sales CRM and a Chrome extension for finding emails on LinkedIn and company websites. It is used by sales teams, marketers, recruiters and agencies for lead generation and cold outreach.
Snov.io stores prospects in lists. Extracting email addresses from Snov.io data is useful for importing into a separate CRM, consolidating prospects across tools, deduplicating against other lead sources, verifying addresses outside of Snov.io or creating a master prospect file.
How to Export from Snov.io
Exporting a prospect list
- Log in to Snov.io.
- Go to Lists (or Prospect Lists).
- Select the list you want to export.
- Click Export to download the list as a CSV file.
- The CSV includes email, first name, last name, company, position, verification status and other fields.
Exporting from campaigns
- Go to Drip Campaigns.
- Open a campaign.
- Export the recipients from that campaign.
How to Extract the Email Addresses
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the CSV file(s) exported from Snov.io. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
Working with the Results
Import into a CRM
The extracted list can be imported into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or another CRM. While Snov.io has its own CRM, many users prefer a dedicated CRM for pipeline management.
Deduplicate across tools
If you find emails using multiple tools (Snov.io, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, LinkedIn), upload all exports together. Deduplication reveals your true unique prospect count.
Consolidate lists
If you have built multiple prospect lists in Snov.io over time, export all of them and upload together. Email Extractor deduplicates across all files.
Verify externally
Snov.io includes built-in email verification. However, verification results can change over time as email addresses become invalid. Re-verifying through an external service before a new outreach campaign ensures current accuracy. See Best email verification services.
Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, company names, job titles, verification status and other enriched data from the Snov.io export are not carried over.
Email finder tools
Snov.io offers several email finding methods: domain search (find emails at a company), LinkedIn search (find emails from LinkedIn profiles), email finder Chrome extension and bulk email search. Contacts found through these tools are saved to prospect lists.
Verification status
Snov.io verifies email addresses and assigns statuses (valid, invalid, catch-all, unknown). The export includes this status. Email Extractor does not filter by status. Filter the CSV before uploading if you want only verified addresses.
Credit system
Snov.io uses credits for email finding and verification. Exporting prospect lists typically does not consume credits.
Drip campaigns
Snov.io's drip campaigns are automated email sequences with follow-ups. Campaign recipients have engagement data (opened, replied, bounced) that is included in exports.
Sales CRM
Snov.io includes a basic sales CRM for managing deals and pipeline. CRM contacts can be exported separately.
Chrome extension
Snov.io's Chrome extension finds email addresses while browsing LinkedIn or company websites. Found emails are saved to prospect lists.
