Guide

Read emails from pages you choose. Review the results, then copy or download them.

1. Add text or files

Paste text or upload a supported file. Click Extract emails, then review your results.

2. Load public webpages

Enter public URLs and choose whether to follow important links. Allow downloading, then click Load webpages. Click Extract emails after loading.

3. Use the browser extension

Download and unzip the extension, then load its folder in Chrome or Edge. Open a webpage and click Read this page. Review saved emails, then copy or download them.

Article content and detailed guides remain in English. The selected language applies to controls and quick instructions.

Language is saved on this device. Email addresses, URLs and filenames are never translated.

Extract emails from text and files

Paste text or upload files, then extract email addresses. Your text and files are processed in your browser.

1. Add text or files

  1. Open the extractor and choose Text and files.
  2. Paste text into the input box, or choose Upload files. You can also drop files onto the page and combine them with pasted text.
  3. Click Extract emails. Wait for processing to finish; use Cancel to stop it.

Up to 25 MB per file and 100 MB per batch. Remove a file with its × control. Clear removes the current text, files and displayed results. Saved History remains.

Which files can I use?

TXT, TSV, CSV, HTML, HTM, XML, JSON, MD, LOG, VCF, DOCX, XLSX, XLSM, XLSB, XLS, ODS, PDF, MSG and EML.

Scanned PDFs need text recognition first. EML attachments are not read. Legacy DOC and image files are not supported; export or convert them to a supported format.

2. Review and download your results

  1. Review the email count and source badges. Click a source badge to see where an address was found.
  2. Use search, sorting or Filter by domain to narrow the list. Choose Reset filters to show everything again.
  3. Choose Copy, Download TXT or Download CSV. CSV with sources includes source and location details.

Copies and downloads use the current filtered list. Duplicate addresses are combined. Copy for Outlook separates addresses with semicolons.

When you change the input, choose Refresh results before exporting. Extraction finds address matches; it does not verify that a mailbox exists or that you have permission to contact it.

Where are previous results?

Successful extractions with emails are saved to History when browser storage is available. Open History to restore a list. The latest 30 lists are kept in this browser. Original files are not saved. Download anything you need to keep; browser storage is not a backup.

Something did not work?

No emails found
Check that the input contains complete email addresses. For a scanned PDF, run text recognition first. A name or image alone cannot be turned into an email address.
A PDF is password-protected
Unlock it with its password in a PDF reader and export an unlocked copy, then upload that copy and try again.
A file could not be read
Read its error message. Try exporting it again in a supported format, or copy its readable text into the input box.
No results match the filters
Clear the search or choose Reset filters. The full result list is still available.
A download did not start
Check your browser’s downloads. If a download could not be prepared, copy the emails instead or try the download again.
Copy did not work
Try Download TXT or Download CSV instead.

Have public URLs instead? Use the webpage loading guide. For a page open in Chrome or Edge, download and install the browser extension.
