Why Extract from Pipedrive Activities?
Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around deal pipelines. Activities in Pipedrive include calls, meetings, emails, tasks and deadlines, each linked to contacts, deals or organizations. Activity data captures who your sales team has engaged with and when.
Extracting email addresses from Pipedrive activity data is useful for building lists of contacts who have been actively engaged, identifying contacts associated with specific deal stages, sharing interaction data with teams or analyzing sales outreach patterns.
While the general Pipedrive export is covered in Extract Emails from Pipedrive Export and deal-specific exports in Extract Emails from Pipedrive Deal Contacts, this article focuses on activity-based exports.

Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved

Participant emails
Activities can have multiple participants. Their email addresses may appear in the export alongside the primary contact's.
Internal user emails
Activity exports may include your team members' email addresses (the users who performed the activities). These appear alongside contact addresses in the extracted results.
Activity vs. contact export
Exporting activities gives you contacts who have been engaged. Exporting contacts directly gives you all contacts regardless of activity. Choose based on your needs.
