Email Extraction for Shopify Store Owners: Suppliers, Influencers and Partners
On this page
Keep customer records separate from partnership research
A store may need supplier, reviewer or collaboration contacts as well as customer records. Email Extractor can collect existing addresses from authorized files and public pages, but it does not connect to Shopify, identify every supplier or create a marketing-permission record.
Start with one purpose. A published wholesale enquiry address is different from a customer checkout address, and a creator's booking route is different from a general support inbox.
Use published business contact routes
Review a supplier's trade page, a creator's stated partnership instructions or a brand's collaboration form. Some sites publish no email address. A company logo, profile name or marketplace listing cannot be converted into a missing email by this app.
A public media kit can contain a booking address, but its age and contact purpose still need review. Do not assume every exhibitor or social profile yields an address or that appearing in a roundup establishes an interest in your products.
Extract files or loaded public pages
For supported documents, open Text and files, select the files and click Extract emails. Files are processed in your browser, with a 25 MB per-file limit and 100 MB batch limit. Scanned packaging or photos need a separate text-recognition step first.
For public URLs, use Webpages, allow downloading, load the pages and then extract. Limits are 10 websites and 25 pages per website. Server loading does not use your personal marketplace login session.
The optional extension can read accessible loaded content when requested. It does not reveal hidden addresses, complete access challenges automatically or guarantee access to every embedded application.
Preserve customer subscription information
If you export Shopify customer records, follow Shopify's customer import and export guidance. Keep the original customer export and its subscription fields. An address-only extraction does not preserve those fields or demonstrate that a customer agreed to a campaign.
Do not replace a complete Shopify customer CSV with the extractor's email-only CSV. They serve different purposes. Use Shopify's normal import and consent-management workflow when updating customer records.
Review before using the result
Choose CSV + sources to retain input references, and document the person or team each reviewed address serves. The app does not classify suppliers, influencers or customers automatically.
Download a result before starting another input flow; file and webpage results do not merge automatically. Retain preferences and opt-outs outside the extractor. Contact counts are not proof of partnership interest, and no extraction process guarantees a reply, sale or accurate mailbox.
