How to Extract Emails from Capsule CRM Opportunities

Why Extract from Capsule CRM Opportunities?

Capsule CRM is a simple CRM for managing contacts, sales pipelines and tasks. Opportunities in Capsule represent sales deals linked to contacts and organizations, with each opportunity tracking pipeline stage, value, expected close date and probability.

Extracting email addresses from opportunity data is useful for building lists of contacts at specific pipeline stages, analyzing won or lost deals, creating follow-up campaigns or sharing pipeline contacts with marketing teams.

How to Export from Capsule CRM

Exporting opportunities

  1. Log in to Capsule CRM.
  2. Go to Sales Pipeline.
  3. Use filters to narrow by milestone (stage), owner, tag, expected close date or value.
  4. Click Export to download as CSV.

Exporting contacts linked to opportunities

  1. Go to People & Organizations.
  2. Use filters or tags to find contacts linked to specific opportunities.
  3. Export as CSV.

Using tags for tracking

  1. Apply tags to opportunities at key stages (e.
  2. Filter opportunities by tag.
  3. Export the filtered results.

Using the Capsule CRM API

  1. Use the /api/v2/opportunities endpoint with filters.
  2. Each opportunity includes the linked party (contact or organization) with their details.
  3. Retrieve contact email addresses from the linked party.
  4. Save results as JSON.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

  1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
  2. Select "Text and files."
  3. Upload the CSV or JSON file from Capsule CRM. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
  4. Click "Extract emails."
  5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
  6. Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, organizations, opportunity values, milestones, tags and other Capsule CRM fields are not carried over.

One contact per opportunity

Capsule CRM links each opportunity to one party (person or organization). The export reflects this one-to-one relationship.

Milestones

Capsule CRM uses "milestones" instead of "stages" for pipeline progression. Filter by milestone to get stage-specific lists.
