How to Extract Emails from Copper CRM Opportunities

Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs. Use only contact data you are authorized to process; an extracted address is not proof of marketing consent.

Why Extract from Copper CRM Opportunities?

Copper CRM is a Google Workspace-native CRM that manages contacts, leads and opportunities. Opportunities in Copper represent sales deals and are linked to people and companies. Each opportunity tracks the pipeline stage, value, close date and associated contacts.

Extracting email addresses from opportunity data is useful for building lists of contacts at specific pipeline stages, analyzing won or lost deals, creating follow-up campaigns for stalled opportunities or sharing deal contact lists with marketing teams.

While the general Copper CRM export is covered in Extract Emails from Copper CRM Export, this article focuses on opportunity-specific data.
