How to Export from Folk CRM

Exporting a pipeline

1. Log in to Folk CRM.
2. Go to Pipelines and select the pipeline you want to export.
3. Use filters to narrow by stage, tag, assigned member or custom field.
4. Click Export to download as CSV.

Exporting contacts from a specific stage

1. Open a pipeline.
2. Click on a specific stage (column) to view contacts in that stage.
3. Select the contacts.
4. Export as CSV.

Exporting all contacts

1. Go to All Contacts.
2. Use filters or groups to narrow by pipeline membership.
3. Export as CSV.

Using the Folk API

1. Use the contacts or pipeline endpoints to retrieve contacts with their pipeline stages.
2. Filter by stage or other criteria.
3. Save results as JSON.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
2. Select "Text and files."
3. Upload the CSV or JSON file from Folk CRM. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
4. Click "Extract emails."
5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.

Contact data is not preserved
