How to Extract Emails from HubSpot Reports

Why Extract from HubSpot Reports?

HubSpot reports combine data from contacts, companies, deals, tickets, marketing emails, forms, pages and custom objects. Reports can be filtered by any property and exported with contact-level detail including email addresses.

How to Export from HubSpot

Exporting a report

1. Log in to HubSpot.
2. Go to Reports then Reports.
3. Open an existing report or create a new one.
4. Click Export and choose CSV or XLSX.
5. Make sure the report includes a column for contact email.

Creating a custom report

1. Go to Reports then click Create report.
2. Select a report type (Single object, Cross-object, Funnel, Attribution).
3. Choose the data sources (Contacts, Deals, Tickets, etc.).
4. Add filters to narrow the data.
5. Add the Email property to the report columns.
6. Save and export as CSV.

Exporting from dashboards

1. Go to Reports then Dashboards.
2. Click on a report widget within the dashboard.
3. Click Actions then Export.
4. Choose CSV or XLSX format.

Using the HubSpot API

1. Use the CRM API to query objects with custom filters matching your report criteria.
2. Each contact includes their email address.
3. Save results as JSON.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
2. Select "Text and files."

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved
