Working with the Results
Sequence performance analysis
Extract emails from contacts who completed a specific sequence. Compare against contacts who replied to measure effectiveness.
Re-engagement campaigns
Extract emails from contacts who completed a sequence without replying. Import into an email marketing platform for a different approach.
Cross-sequence deduplication
Export contacts from multiple sequences and upload together. Deduplication reveals contacts enrolled in multiple sequences.
Import into external tools
Import sequence contact emails into external platforms for campaigns or analysis not available in HubSpot.
Verify addresses
Sequence contact emails are usually valid since HubSpot attempts delivery to those addresses. Bounced contacts are already flagged. See Best email verification services.
Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, companies, sequence names, enrollment dates, engagement data and other HubSpot fields are not carried over.
Sequences vs. workflows
HubSpot Sequences are for one-to-one sales outreach. Workflows are for automated marketing actions. For workflow-related extraction, see Extract Emails from HubSpot Workflows.
Enrollment limits
Contacts can be enrolled in only one sequence at a time. Unenrolled contacts can be re-enrolled in a different sequence.
