Instantly.ai stores leads within campaigns. Extracting email addresses from Instantly.ai data is useful for consolidating leads across campaigns, importing into a CRM, deduplicating against other prospect sources, verifying addresses or creating a master lead list.
How to Export from Instantly.ai
Exporting leads from a campaign
- Log in to Instantly.ai.
- Go to a campaign.
- Navigate to the leads section.
- Click Export to download the leads as a CSV file.
- The CSV includes email, first name, last name, company, custom variables, lead status and engagement data.
Exporting from the lead database
If you used Instantly.ai's lead finder/database to build prospect lists, export from the saved lists.
How to Extract the Email Addresses
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the CSV file(s) exported from Instantly.ai. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
Working with the Results
Import into a CRM
The extracted list can be imported into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or another CRM to create contact records for your outreach prospects.
Deduplicate across campaigns
If you run multiple Instantly.ai campaigns (targeting different segments, industries or regions), upload all exports together. Deduplication shows your total unique prospect pool and prevents duplicate outreach.
Consolidate with other outreach tools
If your team uses multiple platforms (Instantly.ai for volume email, Lemlist for personalised campaigns, LinkedIn for social outreach), upload all exports together. Deduplication prevents reaching the same person from different tools.
Verify addresses
Instantly.ai includes built-in email verification. If you imported leads without verifying them, extract and verify externally. See Best email verification services.
Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, company names, custom variables, engagement data (opens, replies, bounces), lead status and campaign data are not carried over.
Unlimited sending accounts
Instantly.ai allows connecting unlimited email sending accounts. This is a sending feature, not related to lead storage or export.
Email warm-up
Instantly.ai includes automated email warm-up for new sending accounts. This feature helps build sender reputation before launching campaigns.
Lead status
Instantly.ai tracks lead status within campaigns (not yet contacted, contacted, replied, interested, not interested). Filter by status within Instantly.ai before exporting if you need specific groups.
Campaign-based organisation
Leads are organised within campaigns. Export from each campaign separately or use bulk export features if available.
Unibox
Unibox aggregates replies across all sending accounts and campaigns. This is a reply management feature. Leads can be exported from campaigns, not from Unibox directly.
Built-in lead database
Instantly.ai offers a B2B lead database for finding prospects. Leads found through this database can be added to campaigns directly. They are exportable like any other campaign leads.
