Why Extract from Outreach?
Outreach is an enterprise sales engagement platform used by large sales teams and revenue organisations. It provides multi-channel sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS), AI-powered deal intelligence, pipeline management, conversation intelligence, sales coaching, forecasting and CRM integration. Outreach is one of the most widely adopted sales engagement platforms in mid-market and enterprise B2B sales.
Outreach stores prospects that have been added to sequences, imported or synced from a CRM. Extracting email addresses from Outreach data is useful for consolidating contacts across tools, deduplicating against other outreach platforms, auditing your total prospect reach, importing into analytics tools or creating a clean backup.
How to Export from Outreach
Exporting prospects
- Log in to Outreach.
- Go to Prospects.
- Apply filters to narrow down the set you want (by sequence, owner, stage, tags or custom fields).
- Select the prospects and click Export to download as a CSV file.
- The CSV includes email, name, title, company, phone, owner, tags, sequences and other fields.
Exporting from reports
Outreach reporting features may allow exporting engagement data that includes prospect email addresses.
Admin exports
Outreach admins can perform bulk data exports for compliance, migration or backup purposes.
API export
Outreach offers an API for programmatic access. Large organisations may use the API to extract prospect data in bulk.
How to Extract the Email Addresses
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the CSV file(s) exported from Outreach. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
Working with the Results
Deduplicate across sales tools
Enterprise sales teams often use Outreach alongside other tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, 6sense). Upload all exports together to see your total unique prospect pool.
Migration
If you are moving from Outreach to another sales engagement platform (Salesloft, Reply.io, Apollo.io), the extracted email list is a starting point. Names and sequence data will need to be handled separately.
Compliance audits
For GDPR or other privacy compliance, extracting and reviewing all stored email addresses helps identify which contacts require consent documentation.
Verify addresses
Prospect data in Outreach may include addresses imported months or years ago. Running the extracted list through a verification service before launching new sequences reduces bounces. See Best email verification services.
Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, titles, companies, phone numbers, sequence data, engagement history, tags, custom fields and owner information from the Outreach export are not carried over.
CRM integration
Outreach integrates deeply with Salesforce and other CRMs. Prospects in Outreach are often synced from the CRM. If sync is active, the same contacts exist in both systems. Extraction is still useful for consolidation across tools that are not synced.
Sequences
Outreach sequences are multi-step, multi-channel engagement workflows. Prospects enrolled in sequences have detailed engagement data (emails sent, opened, replied, calls made, LinkedIn steps completed). This data is available in exports but not preserved by Email Extractor.
Enterprise pricing
Outreach is an enterprise product with custom pricing. Export capabilities may vary by plan tier and admin permissions.
Governance
Outreach includes governance features that control which team members can export data, manage prospects and access certain features. Check with your admin if exports are restricted.
Accounts and prospects
Outreach organises data into accounts (companies) and prospects (individuals at those companies). Exports can be done at either level.
