How to Extract Emails from ZoomInfo Contacts

On this page

Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs. Use only contact data you are authorized to process; an extracted address is not proof of marketing consent.

Why Extract from ZoomInfo?

ZoomInfo is one of the largest B2B contact and company intelligence platforms. It provides a vast database of business contacts with email addresses, phone numbers, company data, org charts, intent data, technographics (technology used by companies), website visitor tracking, and integrations with CRMs, marketing automation platforms and sales engagement tools. ZoomInfo is used by enterprise sales and marketing teams for prospecting, account-based marketing and data enrichment.

ZoomInfo stores contacts that you have viewed, saved to lists or exported. Extracting email addresses from ZoomInfo data is useful for importing into tools that are not integrated, consolidating with data from other providers, deduplicating across your tech stack, verifying addresses or creating a master prospect file.

How to Export from ZoomInfo

Exporting saved lists

  1. Log in to ZoomInfo.
  2. Go to your saved lists.
  3. Select the list you want to export.
  4. Click Export and choose CSV format.
  5. The CSV includes email, name, title, company, phone, industry, company size, revenue and other fields.

Exporting from search results

  1. Run a search using ZoomInfo's advanced filters (job title, industry, company size, location, technology, intent signals).
  2. Save the results to a list.
  3. Export the list as CSV.

Bulk export

ZoomInfo supports bulk exports for large lists. Export limits depend on your plan tier.

CRM integration export

If ZoomInfo is integrated with your CRM, you may have contacts in both systems. Export from ZoomInfo directly for contacts not yet pushed to the CRM.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

  1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
  2. Select "Text and files."
  3. Upload the CSV file(s) exported from ZoomInfo. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
  4. Click "Extract emails."
  5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
  6. Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.

Working with the Results

Deduplicate across data providers

Enterprise teams often use ZoomInfo alongside other data sources (Lusha, Apollo.io, Clearbit, 6sense). Upload all exports together to see your total unique contact pool and identify overlap between providers.

Import into non-integrated tools

The extracted list can be imported into any tool that accepts email lists, including outreach platforms, verification services and analytics tools that ZoomInfo does not integrate with directly.

Create a suppression list

Use the extracted and deduplicated list as a suppression list when loading new prospects into outreach tools. This prevents contacting the same person multiple times.

Verify addresses

ZoomInfo maintains data quality, but business email addresses can become outdated when people change roles. Running the extracted list through a verification service before outreach is recommended. See Best email verification services.

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, titles, companies, phone numbers, industry, company size, revenue, technographic data, intent signals and other enriched fields from the ZoomInfo export are not carried over.

Enterprise pricing

ZoomInfo uses custom enterprise pricing. Export limits, API access and feature availability depend on your plan and contract.

Credit system

ZoomInfo uses credits for viewing and exporting contact details. The number of credits depends on your plan.

Intent data

ZoomInfo provides intent data showing which companies are actively researching topics relevant to your product. This data helps prioritise outreach but is not included in email-only extraction.

Technographics

ZoomInfo tracks the technology stacks of companies (which software and services they use). This data is useful for targeting but is not preserved in email extraction.

Org charts

ZoomInfo provides organisational charts showing reporting structures. This helps sales teams reach the right decision-makers.

Website visitor tracking

ZoomInfo's website visitor identification reveals which companies are visiting your website. This is a separate feature from the contact database.

Data enrichment

ZoomInfo can enrich existing CRM records with contact and company data. This fills in missing fields on existing contacts.
