Why Import into Salesflare?
Salesflare is an automated CRM for small and medium B2B businesses. After extracting email addresses with Email Extractor, you can import them into Salesflare to create contact and account records, let automation enrich and track them, add them to pipelines and start email sequences.
Preparing the File
Email Extractor gives you three download formats:
TXT file. One email per line.
CSV file. One column of email addresses. Works well for Salesflare import.
CSV with sources. Two columns: email and source file. Map only the email column during import.
For Salesflare, CSV is the recommended format.
How to Import
- Log in to Salesflare.
- Go to Contacts (or Accounts).
- Click Import.
- Upload the CSV file.
- Map the email column to the Email field.
- Choose how to handle duplicates (skip or update).
- Review and start the import.
- Salesflare creates contacts and begins automatic enrichment and data gathering.
After Import

Salesflare automatically gathers data from your connected email, calendar and social profiles. It enriches imported contacts with company information, social profiles, job titles and more.
Email tracking
Connect your email to Salesflare. Past and future email conversations with imported contacts are automatically logged.
Pipeline tracking
Add imported contacts to opportunities in your sales pipeline. Salesflare suggests next steps based on activity.
Email sequences
Create email sequences for automated follow-up with imported contacts. Salesflare sends from your connected email account and tracks opens and replies.

Automatic enrichment
Salesflare's enrichment works best with professional email addresses. It gathers company data, social profiles and other information automatically.
Contacts and accounts
Salesflare organises records into contacts (people) and accounts (companies). Imported emails create contacts. Accounts can be created automatically based on the email domain.
Minimal manual entry
Salesflare's value proposition is minimising manual data entry. Even with email-only imports, the system attempts to fill in missing data automatically.
Email logging
When you connect your inbox, Salesflare logs email conversations automatically. You do not need to manually log emails or use BCC.
Contact limits
Check your Salesflare plan for any contact or account limits.
