How to Extract Emails from Salesflare Reports

Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs.

Why Extract from Salesflare Reports?

Salesflare provides built-in reports covering revenue, pipeline, team performance, email engagement and customer interactions. Reports pull data from contacts, accounts and opportunities, and can be filtered by pipeline stage, team member, time period and other criteria.

How to Export from Salesflare

Exporting from insights

1. Log in to Salesflare.
2. Go to Insights.
3. Select a report (Revenue, Pipeline, Team, Email Tracking).
4. Apply filters (date range, pipeline, team member, stage).
5. Click Export to download as CSV.

Exporting filtered contact lists

1. Go to Contacts or Accounts.
2. Use the filter bar to narrow by criteria (tag, last interaction, owner, stage).
3. Select all filtered records.
4. Click Export to download as CSV.

Using advanced filters

2. Use advanced filters with multiple conditions (e.

Using the Salesflare API

1. Use the Contacts endpoint with filter parameters.
2. Filter by tags, owner, interaction date or custom fields.
3. Each contact includes the email address.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
2. Select "Text and files."
3. Upload the CSV file from Salesflare. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
4. Click "Extract emails."
5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
6. Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
