How to Extract Emails from ActiveCampaign Deals

How to Export from ActiveCampaign

Exporting deals

1. Log in to ActiveCampaign.
2. Go to Deals.
3. Select a pipeline.
4. Use filters to narrow by stage, owner, value, tag or custom field.
5. Select the filtered deals.
6. Export as CSV.

Exporting contacts with deal associations

1. Go to Contacts.
2. Use advanced search to filter contacts by deal criteria (e.
3. Export the filtered contacts as CSV.

Using ActiveCampaign reports

1. Go to Reports then Deals.
2. Filter by pipeline, stage, date range or owner.
3. Export the report data.

Using the ActiveCampaign API

1. Use the /api/3/deals endpoint with filters for pipeline, stage or status.
2. Retrieve associated contact data.
3. Each contact includes their email address.
4. Save results as JSON.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
2. Select "Text and files."
3. Upload the CSV file from ActiveCampaign. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
4. Click "Extract emails."
5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
