How to Export from Attio

Exporting deals

1. Log in to Attio.
2. Navigate to your deals list or pipeline view.
3. Use filters to narrow by stage, owner, value, close date or custom attributes.
4. Click the export option to download as CSV.

Exporting people linked to deals

1. Navigate to the People object.
2. Filter or search for people connected to specific deals.
3. Export as CSV.

Using views

1. Create a custom view that combines deal attributes with people attributes.
2. Filter by pipeline stage and other criteria.
3. Export the view as CSV.

Using the Attio API

1. Use the /v2/objects/deals/records/query endpoint with filters.
2. Each deal record includes linked people with their email addresses.
3. Save results as JSON.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
2. Select "Text and files."
3. Upload the CSV or JSON file from Attio. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
4. Click "Extract emails."
5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
6. Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
