How to Extract Emails from Airtable Views

On this page

Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs. Use only contact data you are authorized to process; an extracted address is not proof of marketing consent.

Why Extract from Airtable Views?

Airtable views are filtered, sorted and grouped perspectives on a base's data. Views can focus on specific record subsets without changing the underlying data. Common view types include Grid, Kanban, Calendar, Gallery and Form views.

While general Airtable exports are covered in Extract Emails from Airtable Export and automations in Extract Emails from Airtable Automations, this article focuses on view-specific exports for filtered, targeted lists.

Working with the Results

View-based segmentation

Create views for different segments (active clients, leads by region, contacts by project) and export each for targeted outreach.

Multi-view consolidation

Export records from multiple views and upload together. Deduplication combines the addresses into one unique list. Compare the original exports separately to measure overlap between segments.

Import into CRM or email marketing

Import view-filtered email addresses into HubSpot, Mailchimp or another platform for campaigns.

Verify addresses

Email data quality depends on how records are maintained. See Best email verification services.

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, statuses, tags, linked records and other Airtable fields are not carried over.

Views vs. tables

View exports include only the records matching that view's filters. Table exports include all records. Choose based on your goal.
