Working with the Results
Sequence performance analysis
Extract emails from contacts who completed sequences with specific outcomes (replied, booked a meeting, no response). Use for external analysis.
Import into marketing tools
Import automation-enrolled contact emails into Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or another platform for nurture campaigns.
Multi-channel follow-up
Use automation-targeted contact lists for outreach through channels not supported in Close CRM.
Verify addresses
Contacts in active sales sequences are typically recent and valid. Older leads may need verification. See Best email verification services.
Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, companies, lead statuses, sequence stages, call logs and other Close CRM fields are not carried over.
Leads vs. contacts
In Close CRM, a Lead is a company that contains one or more Contacts. Exports may include multiple email addresses per lead.
