How to Export from GoHighLevel

Filtering by workflow enrollment

1. Log in to GoHighLevel.
2. Go to Contacts.
3. Use Smart Lists or filters to narrow contacts by workflow enrollment, tag, pipeline stage or other criteria.
4. Select all filtered contacts.
5. Click Export to download as CSV.

Using tags from workflows

1. Configure workflows to add tags when they trigger (e.
2. Go to Contacts and filter by the tag.
3. Export the filtered list.

Using Smart Lists

1. Go to Contacts then Smart Lists.
2. Create a smart list with conditions matching your automation criteria (tag, workflow status, opportunity stage, last activity).
3. Export the smart list.

Using the GoHighLevel API

1. Use the Contacts Search endpoint with filter parameters.
2. Filter by tag, pipeline, stage or custom field.
3. Each contact includes the email address.
4. Save results as JSON.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
2. Select "Text and files."
3. Upload the CSV file from GoHighLevel. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
4. Click "Extract emails."
5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
