Extracting email addresses from Convertri lead data is useful for importing into an email marketing platform, consolidating leads from multiple funnels, migrating to another platform or creating a backup.
How to Export from Convertri
Exporting leads
- Log in to Convertri.
- Go to the Leads section.
- Filter by funnel, page, date range or other criteria.
- Click Export or Download to get a CSV file.
- The CSV includes email, name, phone and any custom form fields.
Exporting from a specific funnel
- Open the funnel in Convertri.
- Go to the funnel's leads or submissions.
- Export as CSV.
Using integrations
Convertri integrates with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, AWeber, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign) and automation tools (Zapier, webhooks). If you use an integration, leads may already flow to your email platform automatically.
How to Extract the Email Addresses
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the CSV file exported from Convertri. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
Working with the Results
Import into an email marketing platform
Convertri captures leads but does not send email campaigns. Import the extracted list into your email marketing platform for follow-up sequences and nurture campaigns.
Consolidate across funnels
If you run multiple funnels in Convertri, export leads from each and upload together. Deduplication shows your total unique leads.
Compare with other landing page tools

Verify addresses

Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, phone numbers, custom field values and other form data are not carried over.
Double opt-in
Convertri forms do not handle double opt-in on their own. If your email platform requires double opt-in, the confirmation happens after import, not during Convertri form submission.
Sub-accounts
Convertri supports sub-accounts for agencies. Each sub-account's leads are managed separately.
Lead retention
Check Convertri's plan limits for lead storage. Export regularly to avoid losing data.
