How to Extract Emails from Swipe Pages Leads

On this page

Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs. Use only contact data you are authorized to process; an extracted address is not proof of marketing consent.

Why Extract from Swipe Pages?

Swipe Pages is a landing page builder focused on creating fast-loading, mobile-optimised landing pages. It specialises in AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) landing pages that load almost instantly on mobile devices, which is valuable for paid advertising campaigns where page speed affects conversion rates and ad quality scores.

Swipe Pages includes form elements for capturing leads. These leads (name, email, phone and custom fields) are stored in the Swipe Pages dashboard. Extracting email addresses from Swipe Pages leads is useful for importing into CRMs, email marketing platforms, or consolidating with leads from other sources.

How to Export from Swipe Pages

  1. Log in to Swipe Pages.
  2. Go to Leads from the dashboard.
  3. Select the landing page whose leads you want to export.
  4. Click Export or Download to get the leads as a CSV file.
  5. The CSV includes all form fields submitted by visitors (email, name, phone, custom fields, submission date).

Filtering before export

Swipe Pages may allow filtering leads by date range, page or form before exporting. Apply filters if you only need leads from a specific campaign or time period.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

  1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
  2. Select "Text and files."
  3. Upload the CSV file exported from Swipe Pages. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
  4. Click "Extract emails."
  5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
  6. Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.

Working with the Results

Import into a CRM

The extracted list can be imported into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or another CRM. See the relevant import guide for your platform.

Import into an email marketing platform

Import the extracted emails into Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Brevo or another email platform for follow-up campaigns.

Combine with other landing page leads

If you run landing pages on multiple platforms (Unbounce for desktop campaigns, Swipe Pages for mobile campaigns), upload all lead exports together. Email Extractor deduplicates across all files, showing your total unique lead count.

Verify leads

Leads from paid advertising campaigns may include spam submissions. Running the extracted list through a verification service before importing into your CRM or email platform is a good practice. See Best email verification services.

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, phone numbers, custom field values and submission timestamps from the Swipe Pages export are not carried over.

AMP pages

Swipe Pages' AMP landing pages are optimised for speed on mobile devices. The lead capture mechanism works the same regardless of whether the page is an AMP page or a standard page. Leads from both types appear in the same dashboard.

Integrations

Swipe Pages integrates with CRMs, email platforms and other tools. If you already have an integration set up that sends leads directly to your CRM or email platform, extraction may not be necessary for those leads. Extraction remains useful for consolidation, verification and backup.

A/B testing

Swipe Pages supports A/B testing. Leads from all variants appear in the same export. If you need to compare leads by variant, use the source column (if available) or filter within Swipe Pages before exporting.
