How to Extract Emails from Demio Webinar Registrants

Why Extract from Demio?
Demio is a webinar platform designed for marketing and engagement. It provides automated and live webinars, registration pages, email reminders, attendee engagement tools (polls, CTAs, handouts), analytics and integrations. Demio is popular with marketers, course creators and SaaS companies for lead generation webinars.
Extracting email addresses from Demio data is useful for importing into a CRM or email marketing platform, following up with registrants and attendees, building segmented lists or creating a backup.
How to Export from Demio
Exporting registrants
- Log in to Demio.
- Go to Events.
- Select the webinar.
- Go to the People or Registrants tab.
- Click Export to download a CSV file.
- The CSV includes email, name, registration date, attendance status and custom field responses.
Exporting attendees
- After the webinar, go to the event's analytics.
- View attendees.
- Export as CSV. The export includes attendance duration, engagement data and email.
Exporting from automated webinars
- Automated (evergreen) webinars accumulate registrants over time.
- Export registrants from the event dashboard the same way as live webinars.
How to Extract the Email Addresses
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the CSV file exported from Demio. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.

Follow up with attendees
Import attended contacts into a CRM or email marketing platform for post-webinar follow-up sequences, resource sharing and sales outreach.
Re-engage no-shows
Compare registrants and attendees. Those who registered but did not attend can receive a replay link or invitation to the next session.
Consolidate across webinars
If you run multiple webinars, export registrants from each and upload together. Deduplication shows your total unique webinar audience.
Verify addresses
Registration emails are usually valid. Addresses from older automated webinar registrations may be outdated. See Best email verification services.
Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, attendance status, engagement scores, custom fields and other data are not carried over.
Live vs automated webinars
Demio supports both live and automated (evergreen) webinars. The export process is the same for both.
Replay viewers
People who watch a webinar replay may appear separately from live attendees in the export.
Integrations
Demio integrates with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Drip, Zapier and other tools. If an integration is set up, registrants may already flow to your CRM automatically.
