Working with the Results

Segment by ticket type

Extract emails from specific ticket types for targeted follow-up. VIP attendees may receive different messaging than general admission.

Post-event follow-up

Import attendee emails into an email marketing platform for post-event surveys, thank-you messages or next-event promotions.

Build an event series audience

Export attendees from multiple events and upload together. Deduplication reveals your total unique audience across events.

Import into CRM

Import event attendee emails into HubSpot, Salesforce or another CRM for relationship tracking.

Verify addresses

Attendee emails from paid events are usually valid since order confirmations are sent to those addresses. Free event registrations may have lower quality. See Best email verification services.

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, ticket types, order amounts, custom question responses and other Eventbrite fields are not carried over.

Buyer vs. attendee emails

The buyer's email may differ from attendee emails when one person purchases multiple tickets. Both appear in the export.

Refunded orders

Refunded orders may still appear in the export. Filter by order status before exporting if you want only active attendees.
