Why Event Platforms Collect Attendee Emails
Event platforms collect email addresses during registration, ticket purchase and check-in. Every attendee provides an email for confirmations, tickets, reminders and post-event communications. Over multiple events, these platforms accumulate a database of people interested in your events, topic area or organisation.
Extracting attendee emails is useful for importing into a CRM or email marketing platform, following up after events, building a community mailing list, consolidating attendees across events or creating a backup.

How to Extract from Any Event Platform
The process is the same across platforms:
- Export registrants or attendees from the event platform as CSV.
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the file (or files from multiple events or platforms). Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates across all files are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT, CSV, or CSV with sources.
Consolidating Across Event Platforms
If you host events on multiple platforms (Eventbrite for in-person, Zoom for webinars, Luma for community meetups), export attendees from each and upload together. Deduplication creates a combined list of unique email addresses. Download CSV with sources and compare the source names to find addresses shared by the exports. Source membership shows an address in an export; use the event records to distinguish registration from attendance and count repeat visits.
