How to Export from monday CRM

Exporting deals

  1. Log in to monday CRM.
  2. Go to the Deals board.
  3. Use filters to narrow by stage, deal owner, value, close date or custom columns.
  4. Click the three-dot menu and select Export to Excel.
  5. The export downloads as XLSX.

Using views

  1. Open the Deals board.
  2. Create a custom view with filters for specific pipeline stages.
  3. Save the view.
  4. Export the filtered view as XLSX.

Exporting contacts linked to deals

  1. Go to the Contacts board.
  2. Filter by deal-related criteria or linked items.
  3. Export as XLSX.

Using the monday API

  1. Use the items_page_by_column_values query to retrieve deals by stage.
  2. Include linked contact items with their email columns.
  3. Save results as JSON.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

  1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
  2. Select "Text and files."
  3. Upload the XLSX file from monday CRM. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
  4. Click "Extract emails."
  5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
