monday CRM uses automations to assign leads, change deal stages, send notifications, create activities, move items between groups and trigger actions based on column values. Items processed by these automations contain contact email addresses stored in email columns.

How to Export from monday CRM
Filtering by automation criteria
- Log in to monday.com.
- Go to a CRM board.
- Use filters to narrow items by criteria matching your automation conditions (status, deal stage, owner, date, label).
- Click the board menu, then Export board to Excel.
Using board views
- Create a new view with filters matching your automation triggers (e.
- Switch to the filtered view.
- Export the view.
Using the monday API
- Use the Items query with column_values.
- Filter by board, group, column value or status.
- Each item includes email column values.
- Save results as JSON.
How to Extract the Email Addresses
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the XLSX file from monday CRM. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."

Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, deal values, stages, labels and other monday CRM fields are not carried over.

monday CRM uses an Email column type specifically for email addresses. Items may also have email addresses in text columns or in linked contacts. All are included in the export.
