On this page

Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs. Use only contact data you are authorized to process; an extracted address is not proof of marketing consent.

Why Extract from PayPal Invoices?

PayPal is a payment platform that handles invoicing for freelancers, small businesses and online sellers. Invoice data includes customer email addresses, amounts, dates, payment status, item descriptions and notes.

While the general PayPal transaction export is covered in Extract Emails from PayPal Transactions, this article focuses on invoice-specific exports, which give a cleaner view of billed customers.

  2. Go to Pay & Get Paid then Invoices.
  3. Use filters to narrow by status (paid, sent, draft, canceled), date range or recipient.
  4. Click Download or Export to get a CSV of invoice data.

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, invoice amounts, payment status, item descriptions and other PayPal fields are not carried over.

One client, many invoices

A client may have many invoices. Email Extractor deduplicates automatically.
