How to Extract Emails from Streak CRM Pipelines

On this page

Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs. Use only contact data you are authorized to process; an extracted address is not proof of marketing consent.

Why Extract from Streak CRM Pipelines?

Streak CRM is a Gmail-integrated CRM that organizes contacts and deals into pipelines directly inside your inbox. Pipelines contain boxes (deals or items) at various stages, with each box linked to email threads and contacts.

Extracting email addresses from Streak pipeline data is useful for building lists of contacts at specific pipeline stages, analyzing deals by stage, creating follow-up campaigns or sharing pipeline contacts with teams outside Gmail.

While the general Streak CRM export is covered in Extract Emails from Streak CRM Export, this article focuses on pipeline-specific data.

  2. Click on the Streak pipeline you want to export.

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Box names, stages, custom columns, notes, linked email threads and other Streak fields are not carried over.

Gmail thread emails

Streak boxes are linked to Gmail threads. The export may include all email addresses from those threads, including CC and BCC recipients.

Team member emails

Pipeline exports include team member email addresses alongside contact emails. Review the extracted list and remove internal addresses.

Multiple pipelines

Streak supports multiple pipelines (sales, support, hiring, etc.). Export each pipeline separately for targeted lists.
