Why Extract from Streak CRM Reports?

Streak CRM lives inside Gmail and provides pipeline management, reporting and email tracking. Reports cover pipeline stages, deal values, team performance and email engagement. Each report pulls data from boxes (records) in pipelines, which contain contact email addresses.

How to Export from Streak CRM

Exporting from pipeline reports

1. Open Gmail with Streak installed.
2. Go to a Streak pipeline.
3. Click Reports to view pipeline analytics.
4. View data by stage, owner, date range or custom fields.
5. Export the pipeline data as CSV.

Exporting filtered pipeline views

1. Open a pipeline.
2. Use filters to narrow boxes by stage, owner, tag, date or custom columns.
3. Select all filtered boxes.
4. Click Export to download as CSV.

Using saved views

1. Create a saved view with your report criteria.
2. Apply the view.
3. Export the filtered pipeline data.

Using the Streak API

1. Use the Boxes endpoint with pipeline and stage filters.
2. Each box includes associated email addresses from Gmail threads.
3. Save results as JSON.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
2. Select "Text and files."
3. Upload the CSV file from Streak. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Box names, pipeline stages, deal values, notes and other Streak CRM fields are not carried over.

Streak pulls email addresses directly from Gmail threads. Exports may include both internal team and external contact addresses. Review and filter as needed.
