How to Extract Emails from Woodpecker Contacts

Woodpecker stores prospects within campaigns. Extracting email addresses from Woodpecker data is useful for consolidating prospects across campaigns, importing into a CRM, deduplicating against other prospect sources, verifying addresses or creating a master prospect list.
How to Export from Woodpecker
Exporting prospects from a campaign
- Log in to Woodpecker.
- Go to a campaign.
- Navigate to the prospect list for that campaign.
- Click Export to download the prospects as a CSV file.
- The CSV includes email, first name, last name, company, custom fields, prospect status and engagement data.
Exporting all prospects
Woodpecker may allow exporting all prospects across campaigns from the Prospects section. Check the dashboard for an "Export all" option.
How to Extract the Email Addresses
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the CSV file(s) exported from Woodpecker. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
Working with the Results
Import into a CRM
The extracted list can be imported into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or another CRM. This is useful for syncing your outreach data with your sales pipeline.
Deduplicate across campaigns
If you run multiple Woodpecker campaigns, some prospects may appear in more than one. Uploading all campaign exports to Email Extractor reveals your total unique prospect count.
Consolidate with other outreach tools
If your team uses multiple outreach tools (Woodpecker for cold email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for social selling, Lemlist for another campaign set), upload all prospect files together. Deduplication prevents reaching out to the same person from different tools.
Verify addresses
Cold outreach depends on valid email addresses. If prospects were imported into Woodpecker without verification, extract and verify them. See Best email verification services.
Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, company names, custom fields, engagement data (opens, replies, bounces) and prospect status from the Woodpecker export are not carried over.
Deliverability focus
Woodpecker emphasises email deliverability with features like domain warm-up, sending limits, bounce detection and spam monitoring. These features help protect your sender reputation during outreach campaigns.
Prospect deduplication in Woodpecker
Woodpecker has built-in prospect deduplication. If a prospect's email already exists in another campaign, Woodpecker prevents adding them again. The Email Extractor deduplication works across exports from Woodpecker and other tools.
Blacklist
Woodpecker maintains a blacklist (suppression list) of email addresses that should not be contacted. Blacklisted addresses may still appear in campaign exports.
Team features
Woodpecker supports team accounts where multiple users share prospect data and sending capacity. Exports may include prospects assigned to different team members.
Condition-based campaigns
Woodpecker supports condition-based follow-up sequences (different follow-ups based on whether the prospect opened, clicked or replied). The export includes all prospects regardless of their position in the sequence.
Agency features
Woodpecker offers agency plans with client management. Each client panel has its own prospect data. Export from each client panel separately.
