How to Extract Emails from Flodesk Reports

Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs.

Why Extract from Flodesk Reports?

Flodesk provides email performance reports including opens, clicks and subscriber growth. Each report contains subscriber-level engagement data with email addresses.

How to Export from Flodesk

Exporting email analytics

1. Log in to Flodesk.
2. Go to Emails then select a sent email.
3. View the analytics showing open rate, click rate and subscriber activity.
4. Click on a metric to see the subscriber list.
5. Export as CSV if available.

Exporting subscriber segments

1. Go to Audience then Segments.
2. Create a segment based on email engagement (opened, clicked, not opened).
3. Export the segment.

Exporting full subscriber list with filters

1. Go to Audience.
2. Filter by segment, status or date added.
3. Select subscribers.
4. Export as CSV.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
2. Select "Text and files."
3. Upload the CSV file from Flodesk. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
4. Click "Extract emails."
5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
6. Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.

Engaged subscriber lists

Extract emails from subscribers who opened or clicked. Import into a CRM for relationship tracking.

Re-engagement

Extract emails from subscribers who have not opened recent emails. Use for win-back through different channels.

Import into CRM

Import engaged subscriber emails into HubSpot, Salesforce or another CRM.

Verify addresses

Recorded opens and clicks do not confirm a human reader or a currently reachable mailbox. Security scanners can generate clicks, and privacy features can generate opens; compare activity with replies or conversions before interpreting engagement. Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, segments, custom fields and other Flodesk data are not carried over.

Flat pricing

Flodesk uses flat-rate pricing regardless of subscriber count. This affects how large your export files may be.
