How to Extract Emails from GetResponse Reports

Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs. Use only contact data you are authorized to process; an extracted address is not proof of marketing consent.

Why Extract from GetResponse Reports?

GetResponse campaign reports track email performance including opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, goals and conversions. Each report contains subscriber-level engagement data with email addresses.

How to Export from GetResponse

Exporting campaign statistics

  1. Log in to GetResponse.
  2. Go to Email Marketing then Statistics.
  3. Select a campaign or newsletter.
  4. View engagement metrics (opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, goals).
  5. Click on a specific metric to see the subscriber list.
  6. Export as CSV.

Filtering by engagement

  1. Open a newsletter report.
  2. View Opened to see subscribers who opened.
  3. View Clicked to see subscribers who clicked.
  4. View Not opened to see non-openers.
  5. Export each list.

Using search and segments

  1. Go to Contacts then Search.
  2. Create a search based on campaign engagement (e.
  3. Export the search results as CSV.

Using the GetResponse API

  1. Use the Newsletter Statistics API to retrieve per-subscriber engagement data.
  2. Filter by newsletter, activity type or date.
  3. Each record includes the subscriber's email address.
  4. Save results as JSON.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

  1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
  2. Select "Text and files."
  3. Upload the CSV file from GetResponse. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
  4. Click "Extract emails."
  5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
  6. Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.

Verify addresses

Recorded opens and clicks do not confirm a human reader or a currently reachable mailbox. Security scanners can generate clicks, and privacy features can generate opens; compare activity with replies or conversions before interpreting engagement. Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, engagement counts, campaign names, custom fields and other GetResponse fields are not carried over.

Reports vs. lists

Report exports focus on a single campaign's engagement. List exports give the full subscriber list with all attributes.
