How to Extract Emails from Mighty Networks Members

Why Extract from Mighty Networks?
Mighty Networks is a community and course platform for creators, coaches and educators. It provides community feeds, groups, courses, events, challenges, live streaming, member profiles, mobile apps and monetisation features. Mighty Networks stores member email addresses for everyone who joins the network.
Extracting email addresses from Mighty Networks is useful for importing into a dedicated email marketing platform, building a communication channel you own, consolidating members with other audience lists, reaching members with announcements outside the platform or creating a backup.
How to Export from Mighty Networks
Exporting members
- Log in to Mighty Networks as a host.
- Go to Settings then Members (or the member management area).
- Look for an Export or Download option.
- Download the member list as CSV.
- The CSV includes email, name, join date, membership type and other fields.
Using the admin dashboard
- Navigate to the admin or analytics section.
- Access the member directory.
- Export the data.
Filtering
Filter by membership type (free, paid), group, activity level or join date before exporting to create targeted lists.
How to Extract the Email Addresses
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the CSV file exported from Mighty Networks. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
Working with the Results
Import into a marketing platform
Mighty Networks handles community and course engagement but is not a full email marketing platform. Import the extracted list into Kit, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or another platform for newsletters, launch campaigns and retention sequences.
Build an independent email list
Having member emails in your own platform ensures you can reach members even if you move away from Mighty Networks or if members disable platform notifications.
Consolidate with other channels
Upload Mighty Networks exports alongside exports from your newsletter, YouTube, podcast or other channels. Deduplication creates a combined list of unique email addresses. Download CSV with sources and compare the source names to find addresses shared by the exports. Confirm subscription or membership status in the original records; matching addresses alone do not establish a current active membership.
Verify addresses
Member email addresses are generally valid since they are used for login. Verification before campaigns is recommended. See Best email verification services.
Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, membership types, groups, join dates and other fields from the export are not carried over.
Free vs paid members
Mighty Networks supports both free and paid memberships. Both types provide email addresses at signup.
Sub-groups and courses
Members can belong to specific groups and courses within the network. Export data may include membership details for these sub-areas.
Native messaging
Mighty Networks has built-in messaging, push notifications and email digests. Email marketing through an external platform is a separate communication channel.
Mobile app
Mighty Networks provides branded mobile apps. Member data is the same whether members joined via web or mobile.
