How to Export from Moosend

Exporting a mailing list

1. Log in to Moosend.
2. Go to Mailing Lists.
3. Select the list associated with your automation.
4. Click Export and choose CSV format.

Using segments

1. Go to Mailing Lists and select a list.
2. Click Segments.
3. Create a segment based on criteria like campaign activity, custom fields or subscription date.
4. Export the segment as CSV.

Using custom fields for tracking

1. Configure automations to update custom fields at key steps (e.

3. Export the segment as CSV.

Using the Moosend API

1. Use the /v3/subscribers/{MailingListID}/ endpoint to retrieve subscribers from a specific list.
2. Filter by custom fields or segment criteria.
3. Save results as CSV or JSON.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
2. Select "Text and files."
3. Upload the CSV file from Moosend. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
4. Click "Extract emails."
5. Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
6. Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
