How to Extract Emails from SamCart Customers

Why Extract from SamCart?
SamCart is a checkout platform designed for selling digital products, courses, coaching, memberships and physical goods. It provides customizable checkout pages, order bumps, upsells, subscription management, affiliate management, A/B testing and integrations. SamCart focuses on maximizing conversion at the point of sale.
Extracting email addresses from SamCart customer data is useful for importing into an email marketing platform, building segmented lists (buyers, subscribers, trial users), migrating to another platform or creating a backup.
How to Export from SamCart
Exporting customers
- Log in to SamCart.
- Go to Customers or Orders.
- Filter by product, date range, subscription status or other criteria.
- Click Export to download a CSV file.
- The CSV includes email, name, product purchased, order date, amount and other customer details.
Exporting by product
- Go to the product's dashboard.
- View customers for that product.
- Export as CSV.
Using integrations
SamCart integrates with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Kit, Drip), course platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific) and automation tools (Zapier). If configured, customer data flows automatically after purchase.
How to Extract the Email Addresses
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the CSV file exported from SamCart. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
Working with the Results
Import into an email marketing platform
SamCart handles checkout but does not send email campaigns. Import the extracted list into your email marketing platform for post-purchase sequences, onboarding emails and customer engagement.
Segment by product
Export customers by product and extract each separately. This lets you build product-specific email lists for targeted follow-ups.
Consolidate across platforms
If you sell across multiple platforms (SamCart, Gumroad, Shopify), export from each and upload together. Deduplication shows your total unique email-address count.
This counts distinct email strings using case-insensitive matching, not distinct people. One person may have multiple addresses, and shared addresses may represent several people.
Verify addresses
Customer email addresses provided during checkout are usually valid because order confirmations are sent to them. Verification is still recommended for older records. See Best email verification services.
Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, products purchased, order amounts, subscription statuses and other customer data are not carried over.
Refunded and cancelled orders
The export may include customers who received refunds or cancelled subscriptions. Filter the export in SamCart before downloading, or review the extracted list.
Affiliate customers
SamCart includes affiliate tracking. Customers referred by affiliates appear in the regular customer export.
Subscription customers
SamCart supports recurring subscriptions. The export includes both one-time and subscription customers.
