How to Extract Emails from SendPulse Automations

On this page

Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs. Use only contact data you are authorized to process; an extracted address is not proof of marketing consent.

Why Extract from SendPulse Automations?

SendPulse is a multi-channel marketing platform with email, SMS, web push and chatbot tools. Its Automation 360 feature lets you build visual workflows triggered by events like form signups, email opens, link clicks, purchase activity and custom events. Contacts move through these flows based on conditions and actions you set.

Extracting email addresses from SendPulse automation data is useful for auditing which contacts went through a specific flow, building follow-up segments, sharing data with teams outside SendPulse or analyzing automation performance.

Multi-channel automations

SendPulse automations can include email, SMS, web push and chatbot steps. Only contacts with email addresses are relevant for email extraction.
