How to Extract Emails from Webflow Form Submissions
On this page
Export and import options vary by plan, permissions and product version. Check the platform’s current help documentation if a menu or format differs. Use only contact data you are authorized to process; an extracted address is not proof of marketing consent.
Why Extract from Webflow Forms?
Webflow is a visual website builder that provides design, CMS, hosting, ecommerce, memberships, forms, SEO tools and integrations. Webflow forms let you add contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, lead capture forms and other input forms to any page without code. Submissions are stored in the Webflow dashboard.
Extracting email addresses from Webflow form submissions is useful for importing into a CRM or email marketing platform, building a mailing list from website leads, consolidating contacts from multiple forms or creating a backup.
How to Export from Webflow
Exporting form submissions
- Log in to Webflow.
- Open the project.
- Go to the Forms section in the project settings (or the site dashboard).
- Select the form you want to export.
- Click Export or Download CSV.
- The CSV includes all submitted fields: email, name, message and any custom fields.
Exporting from multiple forms
Webflow stores submissions per form. If your site has several forms (contact, newsletter, demo request), export each one separately.
Using integrations
Webflow forms can be connected to external tools via Zapier, Make or native integrations. If you use an integration, submissions may already flow to your CRM or email platform automatically.
How to Extract the Email Addresses
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the CSV file exported from Webflow. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT for a plain list, CSV for a single-column spreadsheet, or CSV with sources.
Multiple forms at once
Upload CSV files from all your Webflow forms together. Deduplication creates a combined list of unique email addresses. Download CSV with sources and compare the source names to find addresses shared by the exports. Use the original campaign records to measure engagement frequency; repeated address text is not a count of human opens or clicks.
Working with the Results
Build a mailing list
Webflow forms collect leads but do not provide email marketing features. Import the extracted list into Mailchimp, Kit, ActiveCampaign or another platform for newsletters and nurture sequences.
Import into a CRM
Import leads into HubSpot, Salesforce or another CRM for follow-up and pipeline management.
Consolidate with other sources
Upload Webflow form exports alongside exports from other lead sources (Facebook Lead Ads, landing page builders, other website forms). Deduplication shows your total unique leads.
Verify addresses
Form submissions may include typos or fake addresses. Verification before campaigns is recommended. See Best email verification services.
Things to Know
Contact data is not preserved
Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, messages, custom field values, submission dates and other form data are not carried over.
Submission retention
Webflow stores form submissions in the dashboard. The number of stored submissions depends on your plan. Older submissions may be removed when the limit is reached. Export regularly.
Spam submissions
Website forms can attract spam. Review the extracted list and remove obvious spam addresses before importing into other tools.
Webflow Memberships
Webflow Memberships is a separate feature for gated content and user accounts. Member data (including email) is managed separately from form submissions.
Webflow Ecommerce
Webflow Ecommerce stores customer data from orders. Customer emails from ecommerce are separate from form submissions.
reCAPTCHA and honeypot
Webflow forms support reCAPTCHA and honeypot fields to reduce spam. These do not affect the export format.
