How to Extract Emails from Zoho CRM Reports

Zoho CRM is a comprehensive CRM platform with a built-in reporting engine. Reports let you filter, group and summarize data across contacts, leads, accounts, deals, activities and custom modules. Standard list views and exports give you all records or simple filters, but reports give you complex, cross-module queries.

Extracting email addresses from Zoho CRM reports is useful when you need a targeted list based on criteria that goes beyond basic contact or lead exports. How to Export from Zoho CRM Reports

Exporting an existing report

1. Log in to Zoho CRM.
2. Go to the Reports module.
3. Open the report you want to export.
4. Click Export (the download icon).
5. Choose CSV, XLS or PDF format.
6. The report data downloads with the columns and filters applied.

Creating a report for export

1. Go to Reports then click Create Report.
2. Select the primary module (Contacts, Leads, Deals, etc.).
3. Add related modules if needed (e.

How to Extract the Email Addresses

1. Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
2. Select "Text and files."
3. Upload the CSV or XLS file from Zoho CRM. Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
4. Click "Extract emails."

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, accounts, deals, stages, amounts and other Zoho CRM fields are not carried over.

Report row limits

Zoho CRM reports have row limits for exports (varies by plan). For very large datasets, use the Data Administration export or the API.

Multiple email fields

Zoho CRM records can have multiple email fields (Email, Secondary Email, custom fields). Include all relevant columns in the report. Email Extractor scans all text content.
