How to Extract from Any Chat Platform
The process is the same across all platforms:
- Export contacts, customers or conversation data from the platform as CSV.
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the file (or multiple files from different chat tools). Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates across all uploaded files are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT, CSV, or CSV with sources.
Consolidating Chat Emails with Other Sources
Chat platforms are one of several email collection points on a website. Others include:
- Contact forms (WPForms, Gravity Forms, Typeform)
- Pop-ups and opt-in forms (OptinMonster, ConvertBox)
- Landing pages (Unbounce, Leadpages)
- Embedded signup forms from email platforms
- Ecommerce checkouts
Upload exports from all these sources together. Deduplication creates a combined list of unique email addresses. Download CSV with sources and compare the source names to find addresses shared by the exports. Use the original records for person matching or status checks; the comparison only establishes that the same email string appears in multiple sources.
After Extraction
Import into a marketing platform
Most chat platforms are not designed for email marketing campaigns. Import the extracted list into a dedicated email platform (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Kit) for newsletters and automated sequences. Ensure you have consent for marketing communications.
Verify addresses
