How to Extract Emails from Klaviyo Reports

Why Extract from Klaviyo Reports?

Klaviyo provides campaign and flow performance reports including opens, clicks, revenue, bounces, unsubscribes and conversion tracking. Reports also cover segment growth, list health and predictive analytics. Each report contains profile-level engagement data with email addresses.

How to Export from Klaviyo

Exporting campaign activity

1. Log in to Klaviyo.
2. Go to Campaigns.
3. Select a sent campaign.
4. View the report showing opens, clicks, revenue, bounces and unsubscribes.
5. Click on a metric to see the profile list.
6. Export as CSV.

Exporting by engagement

1. Open a campaign report.
2. Select Received then filter by opened, clicked, converted, bounced or unsubscribed.
3. Export each engagement list.

Using segments based on engagement

1. Go to Lists & Segments.
2. Create a segment with engagement conditions (e.

1. Use the Profiles endpoint with segment or list filters.
2. Each profile includes the email address.

Things to Know

Contact data is not preserved

Email Extractor outputs email addresses only. Names, properties, segments, purchase history, predictive scores and other Klaviyo fields are not carried over.
