Best B2B Data Providers for Email Prospecting

Why B2B Data Providers Matter for Email Prospecting
B2B data providers maintain databases of business professionals with contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, job titles and company data. Sales teams, marketers, recruiters and agencies use these platforms to find the right people to contact, build prospect lists and enrich existing contact data.
Most teams use more than one data provider because no single platform has complete coverage. Different providers excel in different regions, industries and data types. Extracting email addresses from all your data providers and deduplicating them gives you a clear picture of your total unique prospect pool and prevents paying for the same contact across multiple tools.

How to Extract from Any B2B Data Provider
The process is the same across all providers:
- Export contacts or leads from the provider as CSV.
- Go to bulkemailextractor.com.
- Select "Text and files."
- Upload the file (or multiple files from different providers). Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB per batch.
- Click "Extract emails."
- Review the results. Duplicates across all uploaded files are removed automatically.
- Download as TXT, CSV, or CSV with sources.
Cross-Provider Deduplication
Using multiple data providers is common but creates overlap. The same person often appears in ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.io and other databases. Without deduplication:
- You may pay credits in multiple tools for the same contact.
- Different tools may show different email addresses for the same person (old and new addresses).
- Your total unique prospect count is overstated.
Upload all exports to Email Extractor at once. The deduplicated count is the number of unique email strings found, rather than a count of unique people or reachable prospects. The CSV with sources download shows which file each address came from, allowing address overlap to be examined by source. It does not establish which provider is more accurate or current.
After Extraction
Import into your CRM
The deduplicated list gives you a clean starting point for CRM import. One unified list prevents duplicate contact records.
Build a suppression list
Use the master list to suppress contacts you have already prospected. Before loading new contacts from any provider, compare against this list.
Verify before outreach
Even verified provider data can become outdated. Running the consolidated list through a verification service before outreach reduces bounces. See Best email verification services.
Choosing a B2B Data Provider
When evaluating data providers, consider:
Data accuracy. How accurate are the email addresses? Do they offer real-time verification?
Coverage. Does the provider cover the regions, industries and job functions you target?
Database size. How many contacts are in the database?
Enrichment data. What additional fields are provided (title, phone, company, technographics, intent)?
Export options. Can you export as CSV for extraction and deduplication?
Pricing. How does the credit or subscription model work? What is the cost per contact?
Integration. Does the provider integrate with your CRM and outreach tools?
